Browse our Rug Gallery or upload your own design when booking. This helps us set up your file and projector ahead of time.

Upon arrival, we'll have your tufting station ready. After a brief introduction and studio walkthrough, you'll trace your design onto the tufting fabric.

Now for the fun part—color time! Choose from our wall of yarns, then start tufting. Don’t worry if you’re new—our team will guide you through using the tufting gun and help you feel confident. We even have a practice area to test your skills before working on your rug.

Once your design is complete, we’ll help glue and apply backing fabric. After a short drying time (20–30 minutes), you’ll trim and shape your rug to perfection.

You’ll head home the same day with your custom rug in hand! Just remember: the glue takes 24 hours to fully cure. Lay your rug flat in a ventilated area at home to let it finish drying.
