FAQ
-
Do I need experience?
Not at all! Beginners are absolutely welcome—we’ll guide you through everything step by step.
-
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, you can! Just a heads-up—rug making can get a little fuzzy (thanks to yarn dust) and a little sticky (thanks to glue), and trust us, you don’t want that as a snack. Bring your food and drinks in a closed container, and give those hands a good wash before munch time!
-
Are alcohols allowed?
As much as we love a good drink, we’d rather keep you sharp and safe. Operating a tufting gun, scissors, rug trimmer, and hot glue is way more fun without the ‘extra relaxation.’ :)
-
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can! Just let us know at least 48 hours before your class so we can re-list the spot for someone else. You’ll get a full refund within 3–5 days. If you cancel less than 48 hours before class, a $10 late cancellation fee for each spot will apply.
For private reservations, cancellations are subject to a 20% fee. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this helps us cover reserved time and materials prepared for your group.

Large rugs (32” X 32”): 5 hours.

How do I choose a good graphic for rug tufting?
Pick a design that’s bold, simple, and clear. Big shapes and strong lines work best because they translate well into yarn. Avoid tiny details, thin lines, or very small text — they can get lost in the tufting. Bright, high-contrast colors also help your rug design pop!
